Use fictional or anonymized details to explore a task. Check a tool’s privacy settings and your employer’s policies before sharing work material.

Medical, legal, financial, and technical examples are for learning and preparing questions. AI does not replace clinicians, lawyers, financial advisers, qualified tradespeople, or approved safety procedures.
